Training scope and outcomes
TechElligence AI Learning provides skill-development and hands-on technical training. Participation in or completion of a program does not guarantee employment, placement, internship, interview opportunities, salary outcomes or career advancement.
Fees and taxes
Fees are shown in Indian Rupees and applicable GST is additional unless stated otherwise. A cohort seat is confirmed only after the required payment is received and acknowledged.
Refund and transfer policy
- Cancellation at least 5 days before the program starts: 80% refund.
- Within 5 days of the program start: no refund.
- After the program starts: no refund.
- One cohort transfer may be allowed at TechElligence AI’s discretion.
Learner responsibilities
Learners are responsible for attendance, respectful conduct, completing assigned work, securing their accounts and API credentials, and using provided resources lawfully. Completion currently requires at least 75% attendance plus successful capstone submission and demonstration.
Intellectual property and acceptable use
TechElligence AI retains rights in its original training materials. Learners retain rights in original project work subject to third-party services, software licenses and any separately agreed project terms. Training resources may not be copied, resold, republished or used to compromise systems or violate law.
Session recordings
Sessions may be recorded for enrolled learners as supplementary material. Any recording and participant notice process must follow the operational policy communicated for the cohort.
Program changes
Schedules, mentors and delivery details may change when reasonably necessary. Material changes should be communicated to enrolled learners.
