We collect application profile details, contact information, technical background, goals, availability, consent records and marketing attribution supplied through the application process.
Why we use it
- Evaluate program applications and fit.
- Contact applicants about orientation, cohort offers and enrollment.
- Manage cohorts and program administration.
- Understand aggregate marketing source performance.
How we handle it
We do not sell applicant data. Access is limited to authorized program administrators and service providers needed to operate communications and infrastructure. We do not send applicant PII to marketing analytics systems.
Contact consent
By applying, you consent to being contacted about your application and program administration through email, phone or WhatsApp. Marketing messages, if introduced later, should use separate consent and opt-out controls.
Retention and rights
We retain application information only as long as reasonably needed for admissions, cohort management, legal obligations and legitimate operational records. To request access, correction or deletion, contact learning@techelligenceai.com.
